N.power Fitness Free 12 Weeks Body Shaper Challenge for busy women is created to sculpt, tone, and strengthen their body while burning the unwanted fat that causes a lot of body dislike. You are strong now but can get stronger and healthier inside and out. It can be done at home or the gym with minimal equipment, regardless of fitness level. 

Progress every week by doing the most effective workouts that will boost your metabolism without spending hours doing cardio or any fitness confusion so you can meet your fitness goals. Workout 3-5 days a week with the best workouts that give your body the results you're working towards for approximately 30 minutes. And as a bonus, you'll also get 2 weeks of the Low Impact Sweat & Shine Challenge to start before the Body Shaper Challenge if you are new to fitness or just getting back in to it!

The Body Shaper Challenge

Phase 1

Phase 1 is weeks 1-4. It's all about getting your form down, advancing week by week, and breaking a sweat to get stronger and burn fat! The first week is all bodyweight with optional bands and weights if you are comfortable using them! With week two and so forth, you will be using weights (dumbbells or anything that you can lift).


For the HIIT, you will be advancing through the HIIT exercises in a variety of ways including interval ratios ( 2:1 then 3:1), length of the workout, length of the working interval, and the style/ reps of the workouts (pyramids, circuits, no repeats, 3 times through per exercise for example ) as well as your own personal goals of pushing yourself.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is weeks 5-8. During this time you will be working on getting even stronger, toning your whole body, and shedding even more fat as you progress to advanced workouts such as supersets and tri-sets.

Phase 3

Phase 3 is weeks 9-12. You will be advancing by doing more split body routines and complex workouts, such as giant sets! Giant sets are like a big superset! This phase will have you burning more calories, creating a lean physique, and saving tons of time in the gym or at home! You will break plateaus, getting you the results you're looking for!

    I founded N.Power Fitness with a mission to help busy women make fitness and healthy eating a sustainable part of their lives after having little to no success with diets and infrequent working out– no matter where they are currently at in their fitness journey.


    My own journey to fitness and health began 10 years ago in my living room and local gym in Indiana. I wasn't happy with how I looked and felt. I thought being tired all the time was because I was a single mother, full-time student, and nurse. Boy was I wrong!


     I have way more going on in my life right now and have so much more energy! 


    When I first started working out, to be honest, I had no idea what I was doing. It didn’t take me long to get hooked, but I still remember feeling overwhelmed by the equipment and all the conflicting nutrition information out there.


    Over time, with proper training and a lot of trial & error, I’ve mastered the steps it takes to build and maintain a strong, lean, & healthy body.


    I’m laser-focused on ensuring the safety and efficacy of my workout challenges. I’m also a firm believer in making fitness EASY to integrate into your everyday life. As a single mom myself, I get how hard it can be to make time for yourself. So, I’ve designed the Body Shaper Challenge to be done at home or in the gym, on your time.
